1. Purchase & Install
Purchase and install any Bonaire ducted high-static air conditioner model between Dec 1, 2025 and Jan 31, 2026.
2. Submit Your Claim
Use the form below to submit your cashback claim or email your details to sales@climtech.com.au. Claims' submissions close Feb 15, 2026.
3. Claim Approval
Our team will assess your claim as per the terms and conditions (see below) and inform you about the outcome via email. You'll receive a prepaid debit card

Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
- The promotion is valid for purchases made from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
- Claims received after 15 February 2026 will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
- Offer available to customers who purchase one or more Bonaire high-static ducted air conditioners.
- Purchases must be made from a Bonaire Dealer in Australia.
- The claimant’s personal name must appear on the purchase invoice.
3. How to Claim
- A completed claim form must be submitted along with a paid invoice in full.
- Claims must be emailed to sales@climtech.com.au or submitted using the online form by 15 February 2026.
- Incomplete, illegible, or late claims will be deemed invalid.
4. Verification
- Climate Technologies (Bonaire) reserves the right to verify the validity of claims, including proof of identity, proof of purchase, and proof of payment.
- Claims may be rejected if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Duplicate, forged, or fraudulent invoices will void the claim.
5. Payment of Reward
- Eligible claimants will receive a pre-paid MasterCard valued up to $200.
- Rewards will be processed within 90 days of receiving a valid claim.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays outside its control.
- The pre-paid MasterCard is subject to the issuer’s terms of use and expiry date.
6. Exclusions
Claims will not be accepted for:
- Purchases made from an unauthorised business.
- Products purchased under trade-account arrangements where payment is not made in full within invoice terms.
- Claims where the claimant’s name and details are not present on the invoice.
7. General Conditions
- The reward is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward with one of equal or greater value if required.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused pre-paid cards.
- By submitting a claim, the claimant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances compromise its integrity.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy
- Personal information will be used solely for administering the promotion, fulfilling rewards, and purposes stated in the Bonaire Privacy Policy.
