How do you obtain this Climate Care 2 year extended warranty?
- Climate Care 2 year extended warranty can only be obtained from an authroised Bonaire dealer at the time of purchase.
- You are required to fill out an attached registration card within 30 days of purchase and send it to Climate Technologies service division. Climate Technologies will send you a Climate Care extended warranty certificate. You will then need to have the Climate Care Extended Warranty validated by purchasing a maintenance service on the appliance prior to the standard 3 year product warranty expiring. This maintenance service will be payable at the time of booking the service call. Please allow 4 ~ 6 weeks for processing of the certificate. If not received within this period please it is the responsibility of the owner to follow up by calingl 08 8307 5100.
What does this Climate Care extended 2 year warranty cover?
- Should a problem or fault occur due to faulty material or workmanship with 2 years of the expiration or the original 3 year parts and labour warranty, Climate Technologies will repair the product for the original owner of the appliance covering parts and labour only.
- Warranty will be provided in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the original warranty.
- In case of commercial use, Climate Care 2 year Extended Warranty is not applicable.
- In the event of a request for repairs, and no fault is found or the fault is outside the terms and conditions of the original warranty, you are liable for all costs incurred.
Terms and Conditions of the Climate Care extended 2 year warranty.
- This extended warranty will not be valid unless a validation maintenance service is purchased as described above.
- The Climate Care extended warranty certificate MUST be produced on request from an attending service technician.
- Climate Care Extended 2 year Warranty does not cover;
- If the fault is caused by accident, neglect, misuse or Act of nature
- If the fault is caused by factors other than normal domestic use in accordance with the owners manual
- Provide instructions on use of the product, programming, coding or set up of the product or controls
- If the fault is caused by animals, birds, or pests
- Noise or vibration that is considered normal operation
- Normal routine maintenance or service as recommended in the owners manual
- Repairs outside normal Monday to Friday business hours
- Consequential damage or loss of any type whatsoever
- Traveling costs associated with service or repairs shall be borne by the owner, for Product installed outside Climate Technologies normal servicing areas.
- Appliance servicing, including validation service must be performed by Climate Technologies service division or its appointed registered service provider. Climate Technologies reserves the right to decline extended warranty if regular maintenance service is not carried out in accordance with recommendations in the owner’s manual.
- Climate Care Extended Warranty is NOT transferable.
