How does Bonaire's direct drive fan make a difference to cooling?
Bonaire employs the latest fan technology to build a cooling system. Unlike other brands that rely on belts and pulleys, Bonaire uses on a direct drive fan, which is up to 40% more efficient and requires less maintenance. Plus, the V16 fan design makes Bonaire one of the quietest units on the market.
On a hot day, how long will it take to cool my home?
Some cooling systems blow hot air for up to 5 minutes but with a Bonaire pre-cooled system, you'll feel cool air as soon as you turn it on. This cool air is continually circulated through your home every 1-2 minutes bringing quick relief from the summer heat.
Why is fresh-air cooling better for my health than refrigerative?
Bonaire uses only fresh, clean air to cool you home. Air is not artificially cooled or dry, like refrigerative cooling, so it's kinder to eyes and noses and reduces the spread of infections. Fresh-air cooling also provides relief to allergy and asthma sufferers and it's much safer for the environment.
How much on-going maintenance is required?
Compared to other brands, Bonaire is relatively easy to maintain. It does not rely on the belts and pulleys of a centrifugal fan so less maintenance is required. In addition, Bonaire's unique water distribution system delivers water evenly to the filters via a single point delivery. This too, eliminates the need for maintenance to the water distribution system.
What are Bonaire's running costs?
A Bonaire cooling system will cost you approximately 50c a day to run - that's 80% cheaper than refrigerative. Installation costs are lower too - 50% lower than refrigerative.
